    In this role, we are seeking an SRE – Compliance and Security Analyst I whose main responsibility will be to assist in ensuring that an organization's IT infrastructure, software applications, and data are secure and compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinating and maintaining of compliance accreditations like SOC1, SOC2, PCI-DSS and others.
    • Collaborating with team leads, clients, engineers, and developers to appropriately translate functional needs into technical security requirements.
    • Coordinating and maintaining customer driven information security audits and assessment questionnaires.
    • Coordinate and maintain information security risk assessment program.
    • Assisting in annual internal audit programs to complete in timely manner.
    • Helping and assisting in information security awareness training programs for the company.
    • Assisting in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
    • Helping and assisting in other security programs of the company like vulnerability management, security testing and monitoring.
    • Participating in incident response activities to investigate and resolve security incidents and breaches.
    • Participating in hands on activities with technologies and tools associated with deploying and maintaining secure environments as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, and/or cybersecurity.
    • Candidates should have a solid understanding of computer networking, operating systems, and applications, as well as experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, antivirus software, and vulnerability scanners.
    • Candidates should be able to analyze and interpret security data and reports, identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities, and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
    • Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as they will be required to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to document their work and findings.
    • Candidates should be detail-oriented and able to work with a high degree of accuracy, as errors or oversights in security and compliance activities can have serious consequences for the organization.
    • Candidates should be able to work collaboratively with IT and business teams, as well as with external auditors and regulators, to achieve the organization's security and compliance goals.

    The approximate base pay range for this position is $65,000 to $82,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic location.
