    The focus for the Community Safety team is making riders and drivers feel safe and comfortable while riding or driving with Lyft and ensuring that our riders and drivers make it safely to their destination every time.

    From prevention to intervention and accountability, the Community Safety team ensures that the Lyft community continues to be trusted and inclusive.

    Within this team, we're hiring a PM to own building product solutions to promote both rider and driver safety throughout the entire Lyft rideshare experience.

    The right PM for this role will operate with enormous amounts of user empathy and effectively partner across cross-functional teams at Lyft to deliver category-defining safety products that will support our users and represent our brand values.

    Understand Lyft's strategic and competitive position and stay current on Trust & Safety products and innovations across the industry.

    Build a product roadmap to achieve your goals and lead a core team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and marketers to execute on it.

    Completely own your team's products – existing or new – from ideation, through development, launch, growth, and maintenance.

    Clearly communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across a wide spectrum of audiences from partner teams to executive levels.

    5+ years in product management experience with significant time spent leading consumer facing products, with a strong foundation in Trust & Safety preferred.

    ~ You manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way, and you are able to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of your products.
    ~ Ability to conceptualize, prioritize and lead multiple projects for stakeholders.
    ~ Detail oriented with superior organizational skills balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests should be second nature to you.
