- Request TMINS number assignments via MBPS for CNAP N432 managed existing technical manuals, to include formatting for submission via MBPS as required.
- Provide ILS expert level analysis, to include identification of disparate configuration data sets and recommendations related to ILS readiness and issues/concerns.
- Track readiness of Ship Change Documents (SCDs)
- Review shipboard configuration and identify work center standardization misalignments and improvements for CVN systems as directed by the TA, to include review and submission of updates to the Class Functional File (CFF) via submission of CDMD-OA work files and follow up actions with the CVN CDM, TYCOM Staff, and other associated activities to aid in incorporating a CVN Class solution
- Provide supply material logistics support services for CVNs and timely and accurate status updates to the N43 Managers Minimum Qualifications: • A minimum of fifteen (15) years' experience in CVN maintenance programs to include MSC operations, resolving CVN material obsolescence and industrial plant material programs
- A minimum of five (5) years' experience in conducting CVN technical library management functions, to include complete inventory, data reconciliation, requisitioning, documenting, disposal, and reporting efforts.
- Must be proficient in current CVN technical library inventory management and procurement information systems.
- Experience in supply logistics functions, including Navy wholesale and retail material management.
- Must have experience performing CNAP N432 investment material procurement, CNAP COOP tool, ITPRs, and associated financial applications, budget reporting and financial ledger process experience.
- Experience briefing CVN Department Heads relating to status of subject CNAP logistic support efforts
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications Preferred Qualifications: • Willingness to travel OCONUS and CONUS if necessary, min 10%
- Must have a current/active Secret security clearance The projected compensation range for this position is $60,700-$100,300

Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Ship's Systems Analyst - Supply to join our team in San Diego, CA
This is an onsite position
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Experience must include CVN configuration management functions and processing of CVN TYCOM PMS FBRs and associated CVN WC standardization, validation of equipment configuration and identification of all ILS support products.
Report findings on overall logistics readiness status should include management level ILS centric conclusions and recommendations specific to improving supportability, associated processes, and procedures for CVNs.
