Position: In-Home Caregiver

Home Instead seeks a compassionate, dedicated individual to join our caregiving team in the Bismarck/Mandan area. The ideal candidate will be crucial in providing our clients with quality care, support, and companionship. Schedule: Various shifts available. Our priority is to establish a consistent schedule for caregivers and clients.

Qualifications:

• Professional or family caregiving experience
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Reliable transportation (valid driver's license and auto insurance if driving clients)

Responsibilities:

• Engage in companionship and conversation
• Provide standby assistance and light walking or exercise
• Administer medication reminders
• Assist with personal hygiene, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
• Accompany clients to appointments and help with errands/shopping
• Specialized training provided for Alzheimer's care
