    Job Overview: The Accounts Payable (AP) Sr. Specialist oversees all aspects of the company's accounts payable operations, including invoice processing, payment execution, and vendor communication, ensuring adherence to financial policies and assisting with additional duties as needed.

    Primary Job Responsibilities:

    • Ensure accurate invoice processing in collaboration with procurement and business units.
    • Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies to maintain vendor relations.
    • Manage timely invoice entries and payments, supporting audit processes with documentation.

    Primary Job Requirements:

    • Associates' or Bachelors' in accounting or finance with 3+ years exp in life sciences
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products (excel, outlook, etc.)
    • Experience with Oracle Fusion and Adobe Pro
