Job summary
The floor staff team member is classified based on individual theatre needs as either variable hour or part-time fixed employees whose primary responsibility is ensuring our guests receive exceptional service.They must act as a representative of Regal in a way that is consistent with our mission statement and policies; including regular and consistent attendance handling of emergency situations when called upon to do so general cleaning duties compliance with company dress code operating POS system including proper handling of cash drawer credit cards travelers checks gift cards and redeemed discount tickets passes coupons up selling suggestive selling Premium Viewing Experience promoting the Regal Crown Club program ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with MPAA rating system responding to phone calls questions from guests consistently guest service philosophy operating preparing cleaning concession related equipment complying local state federal food safety laws abide by all federal state laws breaks meal periods ensure required alcohol certification training current applicable required read understand training materials cover subjects sexual harassment discrimination.
