- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries.
- Draft and proofread legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Assist in managing case files, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with filing deadlines.
- Coordinate with attorneys and clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Support attorneys in preparing for court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings.
- Review and organize discovery documents and other evidence.
- Maintain client confidentiality and ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in a law firm.
- Strong understanding of U.S. legal systems, processes, and terminology.
- Proficient in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a similar field in english will be highly considered, but not mandatory
