8 am - 5 pm
Hours will vary between hrs per week, dependent on the need.
The site is currently working on a project, may assist other manager's with other projects as need
Possibility of extension, dependent on the need
Preference for SAP experience
Must have - 4 year degree, 1 year project coordinator experience, 1 year experience in working with budgets
Will need to walk through manufacturing floor - PPE is required (safety glasses, Steele toe boots)
Supports the project manager in gathering equipment, resources and information to implement upcoming projects.
Their main duties include maintaining budgets and work schedules, organizing and participating in shareholder meetings and ensuring all deadlines for certain projects are met.
Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
Often communicates with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
