    Description

    Job Title: Certified Nurse Aide

    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aide to join our team at {company}.

    Job Summary:

    This is a full-time position that involves providing routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with their assessments and care plans.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist residents with customary daily requirements and tasks, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and observing intake of food.
    • Carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with resident care policy and procedure.
    • Measure and record vital signs as assigned by the Charge Nurse.
    • Detect and report situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries.
    • Contribute knowledge of residents' conditions/needs to resident care plans.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Valid Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license is mandatory.
    • Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.

    Working Conditions:

    We offer a competitive salary range of $30,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

    Please note that the salary range is based on national averages for a Certified Nurse Aide position in Harlingen, TX.
