The company is seeking a highly motivated Industrial Acquisition Analyst to join its team in Skokie and be a key member of the real estate investment team responsible for evaluating and analyzing potential property acquisitions, as well as playing an active role in sourcing new deals. This role requires a strong understanding of real estate financial analysis, market research, and due diligence processes. You will work closely with senior management, brokers, and other stakeholders to identify and assess investment opportunities that align with the company's investment objectives.

Responsibilities:

● Collaborate with the investment team to identify potential acquisition targets and evaluate their alignment with the firm's investment criteria.

● Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including cash flow projections and ROI calculations to determine the feasibility and profitability of potential real estate acquisitions

● Analyze property performance metrics and economic trends to evaluate investment opportunities

● Stay up to date on market trends and industry developments to identify emerging investment opportunities

● Provide recommendations on investment strategies, property types, and market segments based on analysis and research conducted

● Present research and investment recommendations to senior management

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field required

● 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Finance (industrial)

● Experience identifying and sourcing investment opportunities

● Extensive knowledge of industry software, including Argus Enterprise

● Advanced MS Excel skills, including waterfall distribution and advanced modeling

● Strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, cash & capital tracking, proformas, underwriting, surveying, etc.
