    Description

    Job Description

    Provide In-Home Therapy services in homes or other community locations, working with youth and their families. Clinicians needed at Master's level, must be License-eligible, with opportunities in Boston, Braintree, and Needham.
    • Work with youth and families enrolled in the Children's Behavioral Health Initiative
    • Provide strength-based therapy to youth under 21 years old
    • Offer individual and family therapy, assessments, crisis intervention, and care coordination
    • Collaborate with a team to enhance functioning and communication

    Education and Licensure

    • Required: License-Eligible Masters Degree in Related Field from CBHI Approved List of Degrees
    • Preferred: Obtain independent license within 2 years of full-time employment

    Experience

    • Required: Experience working therapeutically with children and adolescents with behavioral health needs and their families
    • Preferred: Experience with strength-based assessment, development of treatment plans, collaborative teamwork, and excellent communication skills

    Abilities

    • Required: Reliable transportation, flexibility, meeting deadlines, communication skills, and ability to access different locations
    • Preferred: Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

    Essential functions:

    • Use established psycho-therapeutic techniques to improve youth's functioning
    • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, assess risks, and collaborate with the team
    • Participate in meetings, maintain records, and attend required trainings

    Supervision to be received: Clinical Supervisor, Program Director, Senior Director, or Designee

    Supervision to be exercised: None
