    Job Description:

    Title: Service Desk Associate

    Duration: 6 month contract, possible hire/extension

    Location: Remote but local to Seattle, WA

    Pay Rate: 18-19/hr

    Required Skills and Experience

    Experience in a Help desk or customer support environment supporting various hardware, software and personal computer tools: 1 year.

    Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.

    Ability to type 35 WPM.

    Ability to handle multiple tasks.

    Ability to work as part of a team.

    Ability to deliver customer service to users with various levels of computer knowledge.

    Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Service Desk Associate in Washington. This individual will act as a first point of contact supporting all information systems user problems. They will also respond to routine hardware/software problems and complete tickets through Service Now. Ideally this person will be technically savvy, have great communication skills, and have a desire to learn new things.
