We are looking to hire a Construction Billing Specialist to be a part of our growing team


This position entails:
New Project Setup (Confirm contract amounts, billing requirements, due dates, prelim etc.)

Pay Applications :
Create SOV's, process AIA progress billings, manage releases (in house and subcontractors), ensure Change Orders are included on billings, post monthly billing in a timely fashion using Sage 300
Coordinate with Subcontractors on billings, releases, COI's
Post Deposits
Collections

Description:
Generate timely and accurate customer invoices regularly
Maintain and improve customer contract folders as well as the documentation process for issued invoices
Prepare bank deposits and process all customer payments in the accounting system
Monitor accounts receivable aging report to ensure timely customer payments while communicating with managers to ensure overdue invoices are addressed with the customer
Assist in resolving customer inquiries regarding invoicing and payment process
Perform accounts receivable reconciliation monthly

Assist in gathering and compiling data to generate monthly revenue and aging reports as well as other reports relevant to accounts receivable.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and work ethics
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Billing AIA, construction industry experience required.

Skills to collaborate with project managers to confirm billing details, change orders, and manage the billing process from start to finish.

Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and accuracy.
