    We are seeking 4 IAM Analysts for a 7-month W2 contract to support the 2024 IAM Initiative Portfolio within Global IS.

    These candidates will be part of the Identity & Access Management team within a large client in finance.

    As part of this role, the candidate will be responsible for preparing requirements for various projects, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholders.

    The candidate will also play a key role in creating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts and executing UA tests for releases, ensuring the quality and functionality of our products.

    Additionally, he/she will be involved in operationalizing new and modified processes within the organization, streamlining operations for efficiency and effectiveness.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


    Responsibilities:
    Provide IAM subject matter expertise within the business/technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions.

    Perform impact analysis of modifications or enhancements and work closely with the development team(s) to refine the requirements into specifications that can be implemented.

    Ensures the solution meets expectations through comprehensive UAT/QA testing of the functionality, quality and that the delivery timeline/adoption plan is fit for purpose.

    Partner with product owners, technical teams, and stakeholders on solutions and priorities.
    Assist in ensuring solutions are compliant with bank standards and policies.
    Create required documentation, playbooks, job aides, workflows, and training material as part of deployment and adoption activities.
    Support the design and updating of new and existing controls, including streaming and automation of reporting.
    Work with the IAM team and key stakeholders to understand and capture business and technical requirements.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:
    Experience working in Agile methodology and a deep understanding of all phases of the SDLC.Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking.
    Collaboration and ability to influence across peer groups and various levels of management.
    Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio).Must have excellent written/verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
    Must have excellent organizational skills and able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks.
    Must have experience participating in large or complex projects.

    Must be pro-active and be able to drive direction of work that needs to be completed, ability to work independently on initiatives with little oversight.

    Ability to be comfortable delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding.
