    ## Remote Internship Opportunity

    ### OVERVIEW


    Titan of Life is seeking passionate individuals to join our mission of transforming how people understand mental health and leadership development through purpose-driven storytelling.

    Based on the legacy and leadership philosophy of Melvin L.

    Burks, our initiative connects people of all ages with the tools, vocabulary, and community needed to develop authentic leadership skills.

    ### THE OPPORTUNITY


    As a Titan of Life Remote Intern, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our community outreach, developing partnerships, and helping others discover how their purpose becomes their advantage.

    This is a 100% remote, 100% flexible opportunity designed to accommodate your schedule while providing meaningful experience in community building, digital outreach, and purpose-driven leadership.

    ### WHAT YOU'LL DO

    -

    Community Building:     Create and nurture connections with educational institutions, athletic organizations, mental health advocates, and potential program participants
    -

    Digital Outreach:     Assist with social media campaigns, webinar organization, and online community development
    -

    Content Development:     Help create age-appropriate mental health and leadership content based on Melvin Burks' protective leadership philosophy
    -

    Partnership Development:     Identify and approach potential organizational partners who align with our mission
    -

    Impact Assessment:     Collect and analyze data on program effectiveness and participant experiences

    ### WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    ### THREE WAYS TO PARTICIPATE


    All team members have the opportunity to progress towards a paid stipend as their ideas are refined and developed, with potential advancement to independent contractor status for Titan of Life, sponsored for 6-12 months at an hourly rate of $20-$30 for a maximum of 15 hours per week per academic semester.

    Volunteer Track: Contribute your talents while building valuable leadership experience and expanding your network. Perfect for those seeking to make an impact alongside other commitments.

    Academic Credit: Earn credit at your institution while leading real-world change. We'll work with your school's specific requirements to ensure the experience meets academic guidelines.

    3.


    Paid Fellowship: Selected candidates with strong social impact project proposals may receive stipends of $500-$750 monthly. These opportunities are secured case-by-case through partnerships between Titan of Life and potential sponsors. Requires commitment to a 3-4 month specific project.


    All options include:

    • 510 hours weekly commitment
    • Full mentorship and leadership development
    • No minimum semester requirement
