Telemedicine Hospice - Palliative Medicine Physician

This facility is seeking a Telemedicine Hospice - Palliative Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call ; Average of 2-4 calls per weeknight and 1-2 hospice admissions per weeknight, Physicians are not typically required to cover calls following 7:00pm on weeknights
• Practice Setting: Outpatient, Telehealth
• Type of cases and required procedures: Interdisciplinary Team consultations, medication consults, telehealth visits, Care Transition Interventions, admissions, and symptom management during call
• Credentialing timeframe: 0–10 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
• Certifications required: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency in Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM), Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Licensure required: Must have an active Oregon license, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
