    ***$5000 Sign-On Bonus*** - Registered Nurse (RN) Full Time - Home Health

    Must be willing to travel to patient homes in the North Dallas area.

    This is a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) role reporting to the Director of Home Health Services. Nursing care includes comprehensive health and psycho-social evaluation, monitoring of the client's condition, health promotion, prevention, coordination of services, teaching and training activities, and direct nursing care.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Conduct the patient's admission when necessary.
    • Obtain a medical history, especially regarding the present condition, from the patient and/or family members.
    • Perform comprehensive assessment, develop and update the care plan in consultation with the physician and clinicians, participate in discharge planning, provide skilled nursing care, and have supervisory responsibilities.

    Educational and Experience Requirements:

    • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
    • Required: One or more years in a home health agency or hospital, active state nurse license, reliable transportation, and current CPR certification.
