- Evaluate volunteers and families through various interview methods and assess their suitability for program enrollment.
- Prepare interested parties for program participation and facilitate the matching process.
- Coordinate match meetings between volunteers, youth, parents/guardians, and agency staff.
- Thoroughly document assessment and matching details and maintain accurate records.
- Advocate for volunteers and youth in need of placement and communicate promptly with them regarding available options.
- Collaborate with service delivery teams to maximize the number of children served.
- Prioritize youth safety and report any critical incidents to management.
- Represent the organization in the communities we serve.
- Engage in initiatives promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Participate in team projects and events to drive enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ months of relevant work experience OR Associate's degree with 2+ years of experience OR High School diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience.
- Ability to travel across the Boston area and work full-time with occasional evening and weekend hours.
- Access to reliable internet and phone connections.
- Familiarity with Office 365 applications.
- Spanish language proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree with experience in youth development, volunteer management, or education.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
- Comfort working with diverse populations.
- Independent and team-oriented work approach.
- Positive attitude, creativity, and effective organizational skills.
- Problem-solving skills and familiarity with Salesforce and Office 365.

Job Summary
As a Program Services Coordinator for Volunteer and Youth Enrollment, you will hold a crucial role in establishing and maintaining Big/Little relationships. Conducting comprehensive interviews, reference checks, and quality assessments, your primary responsibility will be placing and supporting potential volunteers and youth/families.
Remote work options are available, though occasional travel to partner sites and the office is required.
