Prestige Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician for a direct hire 1st shift opportunity with outstanding benefits in Greenville, Ohio. The qualified candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of equipment and facilities and participate in the planning and execution of upgrading and installing new equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Electrical and Mechanical maintenance and repair.
  
• Preventative and corrective maintenance.
  
• Assist the Maintenance Manager with planning and executing electrical, mechanical, and infrastructure upgrades/improvements as needed.
  
• Electrical, mechanical, and facilities equipment installation and improvement/modification to improve uptime/reliability and throughput.
  
• Plans, directs, and records periodic electrical testing, and recommends and/or initiates modification or replacement of equipment which fails to meet acceptable operating standards.
  
• Develops wiring diagrams, layout drawings, and engineering specifications for system or equipment modifications or expansions.
  
• Directs/trains personnel performing routine installation and maintenance duties.
  
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.), Technical school or above in electric/mechanic-electric, or six plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
• Working knowledge of 3 phase electrical and electrical devices from high voltage to control voltages.
  
• Familiar with PLC programs and programming.
  
• Exceptional mechanical knowledge.
