Job summary
We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team.We are looking for candidates with experience in automotive diagnostics service writing and customer service. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and are a team player we want to hear from you.
This role is responsible for scheduling appointments answering phone calls greeting customers and checking in vehicles consulting with customers on their needs performing vehicle walk around and documentation of customer concerns communicating estimates scheduling and work details to customers following the status of customer's vehicles from check in through work completion documenting declined services and asking for follow-up on future service considerations keeping customer informed on completion times service expenses and deviations from original estimate reviewing repairs and services with customers to ensure a complete understanding of services performed upon completion of work review work order with customer to assure all concerns are addressed distributing work to all stop technicians while monitoring progress accuracy job resposible organization productivity shop supply information request technicians order parts supplies required scheduled job works supervisors react customer service issues complaints business opportunities build maintain positive relationship customers arrange towing alternate transportation skills experience auto management related field mechanical knowledge automotive repair knowledge experience parts good communication interpersonal skills experience writing willingness learn prior sales plus not required job type full-time pay benefits employee discount paid time off location person
