    $ $ We're excited to offer a unique opportunity for Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join well-established, high-volume primary care practices just outside Chicago, IL . These hospital-employed roles provide a rare combination of autonomy, high patient volume, and work-life balance -with generous compensation and strong clinical support. Opportunity Highlights Thriving, team-oriented practice with deep community roots Outpatient-only clinic with all specialties onsite and in-house lab Schedule : 4-day workweek (36 clinical hours)

    Patient volume: 18 per day

    Benefits Base Salary:
    Indefinite base salary Bonus: Quality and productivity incentives; average annual bonus $10,000-$25,000; realistic income $300,000 after year three Sign-

    On Bonus:
    $40,000
