Mosholu Parkway Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in The Bronx, a couple of blocks from Montefiore hospital is seeking a full time RN Day Manager from 8am until 4pm.

Position Summary:

Working under the direction of the DNS the Registered Nurse assures that work responsibilities are coordinated, problems are effectively handled, and emergency situations are handled promptly, in accordance with the Facility's policies and procedures.

Incumbent is guided by his/her experience and training; a thorough knowledge of nursing theory in the professional practices of nursing principles, methods and techniques involved in performing skilled nursing services, familiarity with the Facility's organizational structure, functions, policies, procedures and regulations.

The Registered Nurse assumes full responsibility for the continuity and supervision of nursing care.

Experience in a Long Term Care setting is a must. Excellent salary and benefits.
