ResolveSoft is seeking a Project Manager (Medicare)

The Project Manager shall interface with the customer, be responsible for the overall management of this task order/contract and ensure that technical solutions and schedules are implemented by the deliverable schedule.

Responsibilities:
Functions as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the task order effort.
Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with government authorities and representatives on technical and project issues.

Is responsible for business and financial, programmatic, and administrative aspects of project performance (i.e., contractual, administrative, deliverables management, program performance metrics and financial management).

Manages and supervises personnel involved in relevant areas of project activity.
Supports the project in the program/project organization and metrics gathering and analysis.
Establishes and maintains technical and financial reports to show progress to government program authorities (i.e., management and clients).
Maintains client contact in accordance with the PMP to ensure conformity to all contractual obligations.

Develops, maintains, and implements PMP (in accordance with Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) standards) and documents that guide the performance of all functional activities performed on the individual tasks.

Serves as a subject matter specialist in Earned Value Management (EVM) activities related to information system implementation projects.

Qualifications:

The PM must have a minimum of ten (10) years of PM experience, five (5) years of which must be specialized experience (CMS) as a PM.

Demonstrate work experience or direct knowledge that illustrates the principles of Medicare payment claims processing, medical review, provider education, billing, reimbursement, rules, and requirements. *Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and/or demonstrated program experience in Program Management, Information systems, Business or related field.

For at least three (3) years out of the last (5) years, the PM must have performed as a PM on contracts of similar scope and complexity.

The PM must hold a Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
