The job involves change management including compliance assessment monthly reports tools vendors vulnerability reports outcome priority ageing review zero day vulnerability report review record observations on vendor patching bulletin reports risk mitigation backlog assessment vendor patching bulletin reports identifying and analyzing available patches fixes for remediation resolves issues that affect risk mitigation or change and release schedules planning change release windows change release reviews creation patch deployments forward planning of change release windows and cycles review governance participate in cab meetings to discuss scope impact roll-back plans coordinate planning content effort based on the backlog ongoing change management measure monitor progress to ensure deliverables commitment as per kpis s las communicate all key project plans commitments changes including requirements test plans schedule scope platform tool changes communicate document business service impact due to schedule scope platform tool changes communicate change details schedules to the business as required reporting compliance performance reporting scheduled based daily weekly monthly quarterly Change Reporting forward planning of Change Windows and Cycles collaboration manage relationships coordinate work between different teams documentation deployment run books implementation plans work with engineers understand impact of patching remediation continually work towards making improvements in the release process lead co ordinate activities execution of deployment Plans checklists drive automation for patch remediation deployment to various platforms.
