    Electrical Engineer - Manufacturing - Base Salary to 90k/year

    Our client, a distinguished leader in the automotive industry with over 25 years of experience and a global reputation as a 5 Star Employer, is actively looking for an Electrical Engineer with manufacturing experience to join their team.

    The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for managing projects from concept, design, and financial justification through implementation within project schedule and budget.

    Additionally, they will oversee the coordination of resources and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

    Responsibilities:
    Analyze plant processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficient and cost-effective solutions.
    Explore and implement new automation systems and control solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
    Provide innovative solutions to integration challenges associated with plant equipment.
    Manage multiple projects concurrently to ensure optimal support for facility operations.
    Take ownership of assigned projects, demonstrating creativity in problem-solving as issues arise.
    Develop project cost estimates, maintain project schedules, and coordinate all related activities.

    Utilize CAD software to create equipment layouts and develop various equipment programs, including PLC, HMI, and AI, for manufacturing projects.

    Offer support for automation, electrical, CNC, and PLC control issues through on-site, phone, or online assistance.
    Perform unscheduled emergency troubleshooting and repairs on production equipment as needed.
    Maintain comprehensive documentation of all electrical and electronic machine programs, ensuring information is up-to-date and effectively communicated.

    Promote safety through adherence to Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures and safe electrical work practices, serving as a leader in promoting a culture of safety.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering field
    3+ years of manufacturing experience OR Associate degree with 5+ years of related experience in the Engineering field.

    Knowledge of Project Management, Manufacturing Equipment Improvement, Safety, PLC programming, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Robotics, read and decipher electrical/mechanical prints, proficient with AutoCAD software products.

    Dataview/Labview
    Ability to work with mathematical and algebraic concepts such as probability, statistical inference, and forecasting. Ability to apply and analyze concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

    Compensation :
    Base salary to 90k/year
