    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support an Advanced Programs development effort as the Deputy All-up-round (AUR) Lead.
    • Responsible for the development of the missile system by leading the hardware design team and collaborating across all other IPTs to ensure successful capability development and integration.
    • Responsible for assisting in the managing the IPT Budget and schedule with the finance & Planning teams and driving supplier sub-system development with Supplier Management Team and the sub-system subject matter experts within the IPT.
    • Will work across multiple disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, Propulsion, Lethality, Software, Signal processing, GNC, EO/IR, RF, and more.
    • Will provide Electrical Engineering oversight to the Engineering team.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Must be a US Citizen
    • Must have the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance prior to start
    • BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
    • Minimum 8 years of related experience
    • Previous experience leading a multi-discipline team
    • Experience working a complex hardware development program
    • Demonstrated Supplier sub-system technical management and oversight
    • Experience in requirements verification compliance assessment

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leadership experience
    • Defense industry experience
    • Control Account Management (CAM) experience
    • Fast-paced development experience
    • Experience in failure analysis and root cause corrective action (including leading an FRB)
    • Previous experience in system qualification planning and oversight
    • Modeling and simulation experience
