At MercyOne Genesis Hospice Care exists to provide support and comfort to patients and their families when a cure is no longer possible.
+Responsibilities
- Provides overall supervision of personnel and service operations for the Hospice House and Community Based Hospice program across 24 hours.
- Ensures compliance with agency policies and procedures, preparation for compliance with regulatory agencies, identification of program development needs and assists in implementation.
- Actively participates in quality monitoring performance improvement activities.
