    Unit Specifics:

    ·       Number of Beds : 64 beds in facility, 4 ORs, 2 Endoscopy suites

    ·       Patient Ratios : OR 1:1

    ·       Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 1 OR RN, 1-2 CSTs per OR

    ·       Type of equipment : Steris Integration, Stryker Endoscopy/Camera systems,

    ·       Documentation system: Meditech

    ·       Scheduling requirements: with call rotation 1x/week and 1 weekend a month

    ·       Floating policy:

    ·       Patient Experience requirements:
