    Job Description:

    The Admissions Representative role at Bryant & Stratton College is ideal for those seeking a rewarding career in a great environment. This position involves connecting with prospective students, providing an outstanding experience, and achieving individual and campus enrollment objectives.

    1. Attain individual and campus enrollment objectives/goals.
    2. Establish relationships and maintain contact with prospective students through outreach efforts.
    3. Generate and lead formal referral activity from internal and external sources, leveraging relationship management skills to achieve individual enrollment goals.
    4. Coordinate with Director of Admissions and Admissions Office Manager/Coordinator to capture, record, and input admissions and marketing data in a timely and accurate manner.
    5. Adhere to company policy and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
    6. Utilize Customer Relationship Management program (CRM) to manage admissions activity and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    7. Participate in onboarding, training, and development efforts to enhance ability to provide excellent student experiences and support individual career growth.
    8. Assist in supporting Admissions and campus functions, such as orientation, career fairs, open houses, scholarship events, referral events, etc.

    Requirements:

    • Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 2+ years' experience in customer service, call center, sales, admissions, or related field.
    • Experience working in a goal-centric environment.
    • Strong desire to work in a fun team environment.

    Salary: $45,500; eligible for overtime.
