What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Overseeing the daily operation of construction projects, from breaking ground to the final interior buildout.
• Collaborating with the project team at kick-off meetings.
• Ensuring safety, compliance, and top-notch quality throughout the project.
• Conducting safety audits in accordance with OSHA regulations.
• Keeping clients and supervisors informed on project progress.
• Leading and motivating the construction team from start to finish.

What We're Looking For:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in construction within an industrial setting.
• A bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
• Ability to maintain professionalism in high-stress situations.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Team player mentality, able to collaborate effectively.
• Leading by example, and being hands-on when necessary.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading.
• Familiarity with construction standards and OSHA regulations.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
