    WHAT WE NEED

    As the Vice President of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, optimizing performance, and ensuring fiscal discipline across our multibrand better-for-you beverage platform. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, you will lead a dynamic finance team and collaborate closely with senior leadership to achieve our strategic objectives and drive sustainable growth.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Financial Planning & Reporting:

    • Lead the annual budgeting process, forecasting, and long-term financial planning initiatives.
    • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Analyze financial performance, identify key drivers, and present findings to executive management and stakeholders.
    • Implement robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

    Business Partnering and Decision Support:

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, and market expansion efforts.
    • Provide financial leadership and guidance on pricing strategies, cost optimization, and profitability enhancement initiatives.
    • Partner with sales, marketing, and operations teams to evaluate performance metrics, assess business risks, and identify opportunities for improvement.

    Treasury and Risk Management:

    • Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational needs and strategic investments.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial exposures and safeguard company assets.

    Leadership and Team Development:

    • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members, empowering them to excel in their roles and achieve career growth.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certifications preferred.
    • Cost Accounting experience required.
    • SAP Business One experience highly desired.
    • Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) in finance leadership roles within the consumer goods, beverage, or related industries.
    • Proven track record of driving financial performance, strategic planning, and business partnering.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a focus on team development, talent management, and fostering a culture of excellence.
