+Responsibilities
Assist the Kitchen Manager or General Manager to provide direction, coaching, and leadership for all BOH team members including food preparation and production, safety and sanitation, and company policies and procedures.

Strong written and verbal communication skills to report back to KM and management,
Ableity to drive each shift and staff member as a positive focused lead,
Ableity to follow anf lead by directions of KM an companty standards,
Holds self an others accountable to consistently maintain high-performance standards.
