- Correctly estimate vehicle repair labor times
- Document services and tasks performed with detail and clarity
- Perform tasks efficiently and effectively while adhering to MEMS' policies and department guidelines
- Identify and request necessary parts required to complete all repair orders
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicles
- General working knowledge of all automobiles
- ASE Certified (Preferred or obtain in less than year)
- Ford Certified preferred
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Positive attitude
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to access the internet and vehicle programming software
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Eagerness and ability to learn new technology, repair techniques, and service procedures/specifications
