    A bit about us:
Our client is a vertically integrated development and construction firm operating at the intersection of development + construction.

Their model uniquely aligns both disciplines to design, build, and deliver high-quality real estate projects that enhance communities, impact lives, build value, and control risk.

With a portfolio spanning diverse real-estate types and a focus on thoughtful design, innovation, and collaboration, our client creates places and spaces people are proud to live, work, and gather in.

As a Project Engineer, you'll become part of this dynamic organization that values teamwork, accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement.
    Why join us?

You will work in a collaborative environment where development and construction teams operate in tandem — giving you exposure across planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.

Our client is committed to quality and innovation; you'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects that are architecturally distinctive, technically challenging, and impactful in the communities they serve.

You'll gain broad experience, working alongside experienced project management leadership, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders — increasing your professional growth and visibility.

The company fosters a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous learning — you'll be encouraged to bring new ideas, improve processes, and grow as a valued member of the team.

With their integrated delivery model, you'll see first-hand how decisions made in development affect construction and vice versa, enhancing your holistic understanding of the real-estate lifecycle.

Experience working on projects from ground-up or major renovation scopes preferred.
Familiarity with construction means, methods, scheduling tools, cost tracking, subcontractor coordination, and on-site engineering.

Ability to travel between project locations as required (within the region/city) and flexibility to work occasional extended hours when project demands require.

Responsibilities (some or all of the following, depending on level):
Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in planning, coordinating, and executing project work scopes.
Review drawings, RFI's, submittals, shop drawings, change orders and coordinate with design and construction teams to maintain project alignment.
Monitor project schedules, cost-to-complete, budgets, contingencies and report on progress, risks, and opportunities.
Attend site meetings, coordinate subcontractor activities, track deliverables, and support field operations to meet schedule, budget, and quality objectives.

daily logs, meeting minutes, field reports, safety records, submittal logs, RFI logs, change order logs, etc.

    Assist in risk management efforts:
identify potential project risks (schedule, cost, quality, safety), recommend mitigation actions, and monitor implementation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, contract requirements, and applicable codes/regulations.
