The Registered Nurse (RN) provides patient-centered care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role is responsible for coordinating and delivering high-quality care based on established clinical protocols and physician/provider orders.Cath Lab RN: Reviews medical history, assesses patient's overall health, prepares them for procedure
Intravenous IV Line Initiation Starts maintains administers medications sedates patients educates verifies consents continues monitors vital signs hemodynamic data sedation levels ensures equipment functioning manages complications responding emergencies Continues monitor post-procedure medications performs duties attends regular reliable attendance complies policies standards
- Courages high-quality patient-centered care in accordance with organizational policies protocols nursing process.
- Conducts thorough patient assessments documents findings accurately reporting changes appropriate team members.
