After-School Sports/PE Program Site Manager - Oakland

Job Summary
We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee our after-school sports/PE program at Highland Community School in Oakland. The ideal candidate will have experience playing or coaching sports and management experience. They must be able to implement the Elevo curriculum and demonstrate strong classroom management skills.Responsibilities
- Ensure the after-school program is aligned with site-level objectives and expectations.
- Implement a safety plan on site and follow all emergency procedures.
- Supervise after-school site staff (coaches/program leaders) and participating students daily to ensure safe program implementation.
