• Support operations activities for partners in the areas of launch readiness, reporting/analytics, production support, and customer care.
• Engage autonomously with large cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Develop process documentation, streamline, and optimize processes effectively within the company culture.
• Influence decisions and organizational change through collaboration, leadership, and a customer-focused approach.
• Synthesize complex issues into a clear story and/or assess operational opportunities.
