    Assistant Office Manager

    Job Type:

    Full-time

    We are seeking an Assistant Office Manager to join our busy dental office. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    The Assistant Office Manager will work closely with the Office Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.

    Responsibilities:


    • Assist the Office Manager in managing the daytoday operations of the dental office
    • Oversee patient scheduling and ensure that appointments are properly booked and confirmed
    • Manage patient records and ensure that they are accurate and uptodate
    • Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
    • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
    • Assist with staff scheduling and payroll processing
    • Provide excellent customer service to patients and ensure that their needs are met
    • Maintain a clean and organized office environment
    Requirements:


    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
    • 2+ years of experience in a dental office or medical office setting
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in dental software programs
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures preferred

    Requirements:

    Duties to include:

    Monitoring and assisting management of a productive schedule, daily operations of the office, maintaining employee relations, collaborating with the team to achieve practice goals, assist management of collections and receivables, posting insurance, work claims, deposits, scheduling, checking in and out of patients, and overall assistance to the Office Manager.
