Job Summary:
The Associate M365 Engineer is responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of all Microsoft 365 business systems. Provides direct technical support in problem management, integration, and systems maintenance of the of the Microsoft 365 tenancy. Ensure performance and availability meet SLA's and objectives through monitoring, timely service restoration, and tuning. Duties may include implementation,

maintenance/administration,

and troubleshooting and diagnostics.

Responsibilities:
Day to day tier 3 support and management of the Microsoft 365 environment with a focus on Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure Active Directory
Maintenance and management of Teams and Audio Conferencing through knowledge of best practices and previous deployment experience
Maintaining and troubleshooting sync of identities between on-prem Active Directory and Azure Active Directory via Azure AD connect.
Ability to assist with migration of other Microsoft 365 tenants into a centralized tenant.
Consult with other business units and agencies as needed to configure and deploy the M365 environment
Supporting and deployment of enterprise applications for SSO and cloud app

integration/federation
Stay current on Microsoft 365 features and capabilities including availability, reliability, performance, monitoring, backup, and security
Experience working with a large variety of nuanced and diverse leverage of the Microsoft 365 platform
Understanding of and adherence to ITIL best practices and change management.
On-Call rotations and after-hours work and weekends as needed
Provide documentation and administrative training guides for educational and architectural purposes
Perform root cause analysis to quickly recover from service interruptions, and to prevent recurring problems

Requirements:
3 -7 years' experience specifically in day-to-day operations of an enterprise Microsoft 365 implementation. Subject Matter Expert within the Microsoft 365 platform
The candidate should have extensive knowledge in PowerShell and experience in automation of tasks.
Ability to transition and change priorities quickly from rapidly growing business needs and altering structures.
Be highly capable in documenting processes and creating knowledge articles
Ability to multi-task and manage operational day to day and project tasks

Education/Experience:
Experience working for a Managed Service Provider
Certifications within the Microsoft 365 platform
Subject Matter Expert within a specific module of the Microsoft 365 platform: Intune, Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory or SharePoint
Extensive experience within management and architecture of local Active Directory
Experience working with Graph API
