    Family Medicine Opportunity

    We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Rogers. Our thriving practice emphasizes quality and patient-centered care.

    Practice Details:

    • Our 7-provider team offers comprehensive primary care services with an average of 20-22 patient encounters per day.
    • The available position is for 1.0 FTE (Full Time) - we also consider part-time applications.
    • A standard full-time schedule includes approximately 34 patient contact hours per week.
    • Phone calls are equally shared among physicians, averaging about 1:30 frequency.
    • Our physicians have the opportunity to perform various procedures and collaborate as part of our multidisciplinary Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO).
    • We utilize a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) system.

    Requirements

    • You must be a graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.
    • Board Certification or Board Eligibility with the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) is required.
    • Licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice is mandatory.
    • Obtaining DEA certification for the State of Minnesota is necessary.
    • You must meet the credentialing and privileges threshold criteria (if applicable).
