- Graduate from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant program with a Master's degree.
- Current APRN or PA license in North Carolina.
- Certification from ANCC or ONS (AOCN-P).
- Minimum of 5 years of oncology experience as an APRN or PA.
- Current BLS certification.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for oncology patients.
- Administer chemotherapy and other treatments under physician supervision.
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and symptom management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Participate in professional development activities to stay current in oncology care.
