Job summary
The Senior Customer Experience Analyst role focuses on the customer experience during the planning phase of a Walt Disney World vacation. The position involves understanding customer interactions, rules and requirements to plan and manage a WDW vacation.The team aims to provide quality service when and how customers expect it by putting data assets to work and discovering previously unknown insights about customers. This unique role works across various functional areas and puts you in the middle of main commercial decisions.
The Sr. Customer Experience Analyst currently reports to the Manager, Customer Experience Strategy.
