Job Summary and Qualifications
Cardiovascular Nurse
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver direct patient care following the Registered Nurse Practice Act. Utilize effective communication, maintain a safe environment, and tailor nursing care to individual patient needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, engage in performance improvement initiatives, and uphold the hospital's mission and vision.
In the charge nurse role, you will oversee daily activities to ensure high-quality patient care. Make staffing decisions based on patient requirements and staff skills, serve as a clinical resource, and address inquiries promptly.
