We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Front Office Supervisor to lead the operational activities of our guest services team at Loews Hotels in New Orleans. This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring our team delivers exceptional service and quality consistently exceeding guest expectations at the front desk and in concierge services.

As a Front Office Supervisor you will be responsible for managing daily operations of the Front Office Team, leading and supervising the guest services team to ensure high performance morale compliance with service standards monitoring communicating responding to guest feedback enhancing service quality developing strategies increasing guest loyalty satisfaction overseeing room allocations coordinating with housekeeping implementing training programs mentoring staff serving as primary contact internal external inquiries conducting audits maintaining accurate financial records ensuring timely payment processing analyzing financial performance preparing performance reports management on operational effectiveness guest feedback collaborating initiatives promote hotel services enhance operational efficiency handling emergencies professionalism safety security guests staff performing additional duties assigned.
