- Provide deployment, logistics, system engineering, life cycle sustainment engineering, integration, and production support for Department of Defenses (DoD) and Navy qualified systems and subsystems to Government customers
- Support Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Army, Air Force and Department of Homeland Security customers and programs.
- Mentor and/or train junior engineers/technicians
- Complete SOVT and on-site technical assistance on any NSLC-A variant
- Successfully complete Return to Service acceptance plan
- Provide operational coordination of fleet bandwidth between Naval Network Warfare Command (NETWARCOM) and satellite providers
- Act as the primary technical point of contact to resolve issues with leased space and terrestrial services
- Conduct audits of GFE assets installed at commercial teleports
- Conduct annual inspections of commercial teleports to ensure they continually meet contract requirements

- Have Technical Training in a relevant Technical/Engineering Field, or Formal electronics training from: Technical School, and/or Class A/B/C military school in electronics and/or communications and/or OEM NSLC-A system specific training.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of hands-on experience on Aircraft / Shore Networking and RF Communications experience to include at least five (5) years of hands-on experience
- Minimum of four (4) year's experience with NSLC-A.
- The individual must have experience with all NSLC-A shipboard communication systems and shore architecture including Commercial Teleports and Navy Designated Points of Presence.
- Experience with NSLC-A/ Joint En Route Missions Planning System (JERMPS)
- Must have experience with proper distribution of Frequency N6523618R0081 Matrix's (FM) and General Schedule of Events (GSOE) to operational commands.
- Extensive experience of providing operational experience of fleet bandwidth between NETWARCOM and Satellite providers.
