- Travel to construction sites as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and drug-free worksite, promoting a 'No Lost Time Accidents' culture.
- Conduct daily Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and toolbox talks to ensure a proactive approach to safety.
- Schedule labor, equipment, and tools efficiently, reducing operating costs and adhering to project timelines.
- Oversee the proper receipt, storage, and coding of project materials, ensuring availability when needed.
- Supervise and monitor daily production, striving to beat project budgets.
- Understand project contracts, specifications, and scope of work to recognize and manage Change Orders.
- Investigate vehicle and equipment accidents, personal injuries, and general liability incidents.
- Ensure Quality Control compliance, keeping detailed documentation of installation processes and testing.
- Provide training opportunities for subordinates, focusing on continuous improvement and cross-training.
- Schedule and oversee equipment maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Use technology and software for accurate and timely completion of all required documentation.
- Interface positively with customers, earning their trust and delivering a safe and reliable product.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Five or more years of experience in the construction trade in a supervisory role.
