- Contribute to software engineering efforts across multiple programs to ensure performance, schedule, and budget requirements are met
- Design and maintain software for new and existing products
- Prepare software product specifications as part of the development process
- Develop complex software programs using advanced methods
- Provide technical support to various teams and act as a troubleshooter on critical software projects
- Mentor and onboard new team members
- Ensure compliance with business policies and legal requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering with 5+ years of software development experience
- Proficiency in C/C++ and Object-Oriented Programming
- Experience with RDBMS like PostgreSQL, Qt, MFC, and Win32 Development
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Rust, and JavaScript
- Experience in cross-platform software development for Windows & Linux
- Experience with containerized applications and event-based systems
- Strong communication skills
