    Description

    Job Title: Mechanical Engineer

    We are seeking a talented Mechanical/Thermal Engineer to join our team at Accelsius, a disruptive company tackling a critical multi-billion-dollar problem.

    With the exponential growth of data services, businesses and consumers demand increasing performance from CPUs, components, servers, and Data and Edge computing centers. However, this results in excessive heat that traditional cooling systems struggle to manage.

    Accelsius is revolutionizing direct-to-chip, 2-Phase cooling technologies, empowering Server OEMs, Data Centers, Edge Computing Operators, and 5G Edge deployments to meet performance, sustainability, scale, and cost goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop innovative mechanical solutions for 2-phase cooling applications, focusing on evaporator plates.
    • Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on assemblies to ensure performance and suitability for enterprise data center applications.
    • Validate thermal and mechanical performance, directing testing and test requirements as needed.
    • Collaborate with other engineers to ensure compatibility with designed assemblies in the greater cooling system.

    Requirements:

    • B.S. or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering.
    • 5 years of experience with progressively increasing responsibility.
    • Experience with diverse manufacturing methods and thermal engineering preferred.
    • Strong mechanical design and integration skills using modern 3D modeling tools.
    • Ability to lead mechanical developments from concept to release.
