    Job Description

    • Follow the care plan carefully to assist the client with tasks like home management, personal care, or supervision of daily activities to support individuals and families in staying and thriving at home.
    • Must maintain a good standing on the NC Health Care Personnel registry.
    • Skills required include reading, writing, following instructions for understanding population needs, personal care, home management, meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping, home safety, emergency response, and infection control.
    • Display a compassionate attitude towards the elderly.
    • Show maturity and effectiveness in handling job responsibilities.
    • Strong verbal communication abilities are essential.
    • Attend (8) hours of caregiver training annually.
    • Undergo a criminal background check before employment.
    • Ability to work under close supervision to ensure high-quality client care.
