About the PMHNP opportunity

Large campus with several clinic locations

EMR Credible

See patients post hospitalization for follow up and medicine management during transition to community, scheduled

medication follow ups, and intakes

About 70% of patients have substance abuse and addiction issues along with Mental illness

LCSW, RN, and Psychiatrist on team

Adult only

Requirements of the PMHNP opportunity

Masters Degree training in Psychiatry and Mental Health

Clinical experience in training or work with strong focus in Addiction Medicine

Florida license as PMHNP

Deep interest in Community Mental Health

Willingness to work with a team

Busy daily schedule Monday- Friday

MAT experience

Phone call every 11 week
